Netmore Group expands globally through acquisition of LoRaWAN® operator Everynet
Polar Structure is excited to announce a major milestone for Netmore Group with its acquisition of Everynet, a prominent LoRaWAN® network operator. This strategic expansion doubles Netmore’s provisioned devices and extends its footprint to 17 countries, including new markets across Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region, cementing its position as a top global player in IoT connectivity.
The acquisition brings over 1 million additional LoRaWAN sensors online, enhancing Netmore’s capabilities in smart gas metering, water management, and track-and-trace solutions. Everynet’s expertise and infrastructure strengthen Netmore’s Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings, enabling scalable IoT deployments across an expanded geographic footprint.
Ove Anebygd, CEO of Netmore Group, says, “The acquisition of Everynet accelerates our ambition to become a world-leading IoT network operator. With water utility AMI as a key use case, Netmore is solidifying its role as a catalyst for sustainable IoT solutions globally.” Supported by Polar Structure, Netmore continues to drive digital transformation in critical sectors such as utilities, energy, and logistics.
